Well, as everyone knows in our family, we have a very hard time keeping contact with people. For two years, now, I have had this blogspot on my list of "things to get done"! Now, that Todd and I are both done with our graduate coursework, I find myself getting to tons of things that have not been on the priority list.

The last picture is of Ocean running into home during one of her softball games. Her last game is Tuesday, and we can't wait! We are exhausted!!
Vincent has really enjoyed baseball season. He is the catcher, and takes it very seriously (too seriously!). We have had to do a lot of parental talks about having fun, and how to take a loss! Since, I am not very good at losing, I think he comes by it honestly. This week he has his final tournament, and he is sure they are going to win the championship game!! I think Todd is more excited than any of us to end the season...Vincent insists on daily practices with him, so he's pretty tired!!

These pics are so wonderful. Vincent LOOKS like he is really into baseball. He is such a handsome boy. That pic of him in profile!!!! And the pic of Ocean's smile.....That is a smile that could melt even the hardest heart. When she smiles,she looks just like Todd at that age.
I understand about Vincent's fervor and the demands he makes on himself. I remember a little boy who never had to be prodded to do his best. He demanded perfection of HIMSELF.
